Abstract
Human resource management is essential for businesse, this is related to also communication inside the company and provision of information to the employees. The aim of this paper is to analyze human resource system focusing on areas of relationship between senior and subordinate, communication between senior and subordinate and providing information from senior to subordinate from the perspective of subordinates. Data was collected through questionnaire survey of employees of enterprises from South Bohemia during the year 2012.
