Abstract
This paper focuses on the theme of the barriers be established in the implementation of the law-making changes to the proces of the entepreneurs in the European Union. These obstacles can be arise in the preparatory, implemantation and backward phase of the law-making changes realization. This paper attends to the particular theme: the implemaentation of the Hazard Analysis Critical and Control Point (HACCP) in the proces of the food enterprises and the connected obstecles.
