Abstract


Promotional events are examples of several years of violence and aggression to their visitors. Despite getting stricter against the organizers, whether in the form of more effective laws and related penalties or strong medial fight against them, the vendors are still trying to find and use some leaks in the law and continue to go on their unfair practices. The success of the new procedures in legislation is shown in departures of some companies out of our market. Unfortunately, their transfer to countries outside the EU follows, where they can abused the lack of knowledge and sudden decisions of local areas.
