Abstract


The increasing interest in corporate entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship is based on the need of many corporations to gain sustainable competitiveness on the market. In turbulent business environment constant value innovation and immediate reaction to customers’ preferences are key success factors. To be able to perform effective innovations and to be in close contact with their customers, corporations need to recognised, developed and motivate intrapreneurs – employees who behave as entrepreneurs within their organisation.
