Strategy of small and middle sized enterprises

Abstract
The role of small and middle sized enterprises in national economy of each EU member is irreplaceable. The paper deals with partial results of research made in 188 enterprises ranging from family firms to firms with 250 employees during the years 2010-11. Results of this investigation are oriented on firms’ strategy, its formal formulation, and joining enterprises into Supply Chains. Next processing of the data will be oriented on comparison of different indicators among firms with different number of employees or firms with different specialization of production.
