Abstract


The article deals with process management, organizational changes and the risks, associated with change. The importance of organizational change and its barriers is mentioned. Attached is a case study of company in the category of small and medium enterprises. Part of the article is the use of value management, facility management, outsourcing, benchmarking, etc. and in the field of process management and organizational changes. This paper was realised in the frame of the research project of Processional management and possibilities its introduction in small and medium enterprises registered of Grant Agency of University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice No. 068/2010/S.
