Services present a very important component of national economy. We can connect the impact of the business services with the multiplication effect they have in the economy, and not only with the direct output in branches, but we must count also the impact on connected branches in other sectors. In this consideration the services and the quality of their management have an impact on competitiveness of the economy. The competitiveness of economies was modeled by use of multidimensional scaling of chosen indicators in 2003, 2005 and 2008. As the case of transition economies in Central Europe showed there is an importance of well done management of supporting organizations for entrepreneurship, export and FDI development. The supporting activities in the foreign trade and investments are in the observed states similar but their effectiveness and performance are different. The basis of the difference is first of all the historical experience and tradition of service providing; the second reason is the connection with similar international networks and relationships in global scale or their absence. The third factor represents the continuing improvement of relations with firms on local markets and with multinational corporations, too. The service evaluation was calculated in accordance to the SERVQUAL method.
