Abstract
The article is focused on the issue of the legal form of the debt recovery of the financial claims and intended amendments in this legal area. Specific problems come up in the branch of the debt recovery of the low amount of money which became a very profitable sort of business enterprise. As a consequence of the economic crisis there was an incensement of court taxes.
