Abstract


The paper deals about the fundamental bases of tourism from a marketing standpoint. Marketing Strategy identifies key trends that lead to the objectives. The travel industry may have a different starting strategy - low cost and the products with low cost, the complexity of the product, offer a standardized, traditional character of the product, flexibility for the client, the optimal use of their own capacity for optimal income. The paper presents the main methods to achieve those goals.
