The implementation strategy of the organization is one of the main stages of strategic management. The role of corporate culture in this process is still fairly neglected. The paper deals with the relationship between corporate culture and strategy organizations, particularly in its implementation. It points to the fact that for successful implementation of strategic plans in the enterprise is the importance of appropriate corporate culture, which is consistent with long-term objectives of the organization, indispensable. In terms of completion of the organizational forms and strategies involved in the marketplace, differences in the role of corporate culture are described.
