Abstract


This article introduces results of my research on Czech students’ of management perception of organic products and on their knowledge of the EU organic farming logo. The research was inspired by several articles claiming that the world demand after organic products is increasing, however not in the Czech Republic. The research brought several new views of organic product, organic food in particular. However, it also showed a lack of knowledge of organic products in general, especially of the new EU organic farming logo. That is why the improvement of their knowledge is necessary.
