This paper deals with human resource management with regards to pharmaceutical services in the Czech Republic. It presents a fundamental analysis of the situation in the field of pharmaceutical services in relation to human resource management. Also, it deals with the relevant legal framework that has impacted the use of human resources in pharmaceutical services. The article puts emphasis on the importance of education in pharmaceutical services. It also includes suggestions regarding a possibility of changes to the system to achieve higher efficiency in relation to the practice of medical services.
