Financial analysis in addition to value and bankruptcy models based on accounting data from previous years tries to identify the future prosperity of the enterprises achieved through actual financial health and financial management. In terms of the financial analysis a firm may gain or lose the valuable confidence of creditors and investors. The loss of confidence may lead to the beginning bankruptcy. This paper presents a classification of the financial health of enterprises with the Grünwald value model. At first, the basic aspects of financial health were tested and classified with a certain number of points. The resulting evaluation index of value model, obtained as the arithmetic average of the sub-indices, classified a sample of agriculture enterprises into the rating zone of a "good health".
