Abstract
The disconsolate state of Orlík water reservoir catchment is warning sign for all authorities, institutions and also for all citizens living and working in this scientific valuable environment with high developing potential, however with high stadium of production potential degradation. The main problems negatively limiting area exploitation will be defined, they will be also integrated from their content and time dimension point of view and the main solutions of the complex analysis will be suggested with defining of the basic premises of economical practicableness.
