Abstract
This article is focused on the executing of a built structure in the time of economic crisis. Script-writer´s target is to describe possibilities of contractors in locatio operis of withdrawing from contract in case one of the contractors is finding in financial crisis. There are mentioned some of consequences of bankruptcy order during executing of built structure. Author suggest recommendations for contractors to prevent from financial problems during realization of locatio operis in the area of construction building.
