Abstract


This paper deals with theoretical and practical connections of processes of management of innovation creation and conception of management of human resources, the meaning of these terms in scientific and professional communication and their original sense which were these terms getting during the processes of their creation and development in practical Western management. This analysis serves as the basis for explaining the causes for inadequate interpretation of processes of management of innovation creation and concepts of management of human resources and answers the question what is this caused by, why are the terms human resources, management of human resources etc. in scientific and professional communication not connected with management of innovation creation but instead with management of employer – employee relations in the process of providing the organization with needed workforce.
