The paper deals with some theoretical and practical topics and issues of company management in new conditions of the globalizing world. It specifies factors that limit theoretical approaches and influence practical resources. Paradoxes of introducing new management directions are analyzed on the theoretical and practical level. Creative technology is introduced as a scientific problem. The issues of adaptive and learning organizations, relations to shared visions and personal skills as well as learning strategies and learning organizations as “living systems” are analyzed. Conceptual, methodical and methodological approaches of a 21st century company are formulated in the theoretical and ethical dimension.
